AUTOMATIC BLASTING INSTALLATION WITH CHAIN CONVEYOR

The pieces to be blasted, suspended bunch-like to the conveyor hook, are automatically fed into the tunnel, where they are blasted by the centrifugal jet of the abrasive thrown by the throwing wheels.
The bunch feeding is made step-by-step through the blasting cabin equipped with automatic & opposed doors.
The special location of the throwing wheels and the automatic feeding of the bunches on two different points during the operation, assure a complete and uniform blasting process.
